Iron
I am concerned about iron, because I have had low iron in the past. So, in my research, I have been looking at vegetarian sources of iron. Here is what I have found:
- enriched grain products like rice,
- eggs,
- leafy green vegetables,
- broccoli,
- Brussels sprouts,
- sweet potatoes,
- dried beans and peas,
- raisins,
- prunes,
- peanuts.
